o.o new diet TRY EEEEEEEEEEEEET!

No sweets (for a while)
No rice
No pastry

Morning( 8:00-10:00)

2 slice rye bread
tomato -cucumber
2 matchbox shaped cheese
red pepper *but not pepper dust....but grilled without oil
*put those red peppers on fryin pan but dont add oil
fry them with low heat a lil then take them in a plate
then u can eat ^^

after 2 hours
1 apple
15 nut
5 wallnut
1 pear
1 orange
2 tangerine
eat 1 of this list

lunch (12:00-14:00)
*1 soup *lentil soup ,vegetable soup ideal ........ dun eat soup that made from flour
*tomato-cucumber *salad u can use 1 litle spoon olive oil to it or better use lemon souce
*2 bum chicken or 3 meat balls
*half cup yogurt

after 2 hours
1 apple
15 nut
5 wallnut
1 pear
1 orange
2 tangerine
eat 1 of this list


for dinner (18:00-19:00)
*soup
*tomato and cucumber *u can put tuna fish on it

wait for 1 hour

then walk for 1 hour (19:00-20:00)

if u feel hungry u can eat tomato,cucumber and arugula *rocket limitless
but after 20.00 u wont eat anything
but u can drink water
8 glasses water for one day is good
